Match a platform to the feature you need
“Best” depends on the task: understanding a free offer, checking a case battle format or comparing the rules for taking skins to Steam. Choose the feature first and use the same requirement when reading each review. A long list of game modes does not by itself answer that question.
After narrowing the options, read the relevant code and withdrawal pages rather than relying only on the overall ranking. Check the stated conditions against your account and region. Keep your planned spending limit independent of the size of any promotion.
CS2 cases and third-party case opening
A third-party case site sets its own case contents, prices and item probabilities. Do not assume that a site’s custom case has the same contents or drop rates as a Valve case in Counter-Strike 2. Open the item list and probability information for the exact case you are considering.

The animation is a presentation of a random result, not a signal about what will drop next. Review the case price and the possible outcomes before opening it. If the aim is to own a specific skin, compare the direct purchase price as a separate option.
Free credit, deposit bonuses and withdrawable skins
A fixed free credit and a percentage deposit bonus solve different needs. A percentage has no value until you deposit: in a hypothetical 20% offer, a $10 deposit would add $2 of bonus balance. That calculation explains the percentage; it is not a promise of an offer.
Site balance, a skin in a site inventory and a skin delivered to Steam are three different stages. Read the minimum deposit, eligible payment methods, withdrawal threshold and any account requirements together. A larger headline percentage does not automatically make an offer more useful.
